Working in integration with all ERP and back office systems, TedSuite establishes the communication between field and operations centers. Work orders assigned to field employees via ERP systems are inspected by the TedSuite, and completed work order records are saved into ERP systems to which TedSuite is automatically integrated. So, the communication part of an end-to-end digitalization procedure is completed. It enables the entire work order process to be monitored via systems.
